While there is nothing wrong with seeking clarity, the news item is called "Public Mobile Asks... To Overturn..." So did Public ask to overturn or did it simply ask for clarification? It would be nice to hear from Public itself.

If they did ask to overturn, then Mr Krstajic is still thinking he is with Bell or Rogers and won't run a public-friendly company.

Hey, I was looking forward to you guys entering the market. Just randomly visiting this website and this is the first and last post I'll be reading. It's too bad I caught Jay's post up above. You guys need to move on. Legally clarify this: I'm gone with the Wind.

After reading this article http://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/federal-court-asked-to-overturn-cabinet-decision-on-globalive/article1424713/ I will not support you guys, go on with your business and focus on your launch instead of bashing the competition and not letting go of the past! me and anyone i know does not respect a business who is still crying about the past, Im happy that globalive launched like everyone else and if you are against it by 1% then ur company sucks!
