What customer in his or her right mind is going to pay for a phone in March to use in May, and then pay $40 per month when they can get unlimited talk and text on Wind in their province for the same price, but then have access to home zones all over the country? This plan only caters to the bottom end of Montreal's cellular market. Except, that it's overpriced for the bottom end of the market. And it won't sell in Toronto where Wind and Mobilicity will be battling it out with about the same price point, but a significantly better handset selection and the opportunity to use data. With what Public Mobile is offering now, they are doomed to fail. That's exactly why nobody is investing. Canadian or American or Elephant or Monkey. I wish them luck. They'll need it.
