why would you put a bilingual client care center in Toronto when Montreal is such a diverse market place with tons of experienced staff that would fill a call center in a heartbeat – ALL bilingual – I guess the Quebec market isn’t as important? Other than that, interesting & novel concept… sounds like the Fido of 2010 – disrupting the market and taking a different approach at the wireless industry which takes Canadian customers for granted….good on you Publicmobile!

Hi! I’m just wondering if you can message me on how ti fix the Fatal error I got when I tried to acess a game on mofunzone using internet.
Hi anthony, To reset your phone if you receive that error message, you’ll need to remove the battery and reinsert it. This will cause the phone to re-set and solve the error.
it seems that public mobile has software issues, you also get the fatal error message on the new buzz phone from public mobile , this happens when someone sends big text messgage from their phone. This causes your buzz phone to crash and never work the same again.
My phone was bought at a public mobile private dealer , I have one year warrenty on phone and he says that he will have to mail my phone in and i will have to pay the cost and then at some point I will get another phone, guess what i dont get a phone now so what am i to use while the broken phone is gone
