Carlos and Houcine have been doing a tour of various locations in Montreal for the past week showing off their amazing soccer acrobatics and tricks with a ball. Another stupid post… thanks, but we don’t care about tour of stupid tricks. We want solid updates about the status of the networks, new phones, data, etc. WHen can we pay online? i’m sick of public mobile, i tried changing my plan, and they say don’t allow it, i tried adding a feature, they say we can’t do it… what’s the problem with this company? is this a joke? this is the last month i have ur service unless it gets better quickly
The 13 is the Last day to turn in your phone is bought before July 6. This is not new for a new company to have growing pains. I think that discount are in order but it will take a few months to iron out the bugs.
Man people do care about what is being posted. At least the company is trying to have a human face. Do you think that some people might not care about your post since all do is whine? Want some cheese with your whine?
They need an edit function sorry if I sounded harsh, plus I don’t want to start the first flame war on Public Mobile. I want to let you know that this is normal with all new tech service company. I am use to it since MMOs also have launch problems, too.
I almost cried with I was finally able to get a signal in the bank.
It is great to see Public Mobile having a human face to it, I am glad to see so much interaction between a company and its potential customers.
On the other hand, I do not see any other telecommunications have something similar. All i see is dollar signs and discounts with them.
