Thanks to everyone who sent in their shots for the new campaign! Casting is now closed. Stay tuned for our new campaign coming soon.
———————————————
Let’s talk about a career in advertising.
If you’ve seen Public Mobile’s advertising campaign you know that we’d rather show super people than supermodels. And our new campaign is no different. Except this time, we’re giving you a chance to be a part of it.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Send a photo of you, in your best ‘Unlimited’ pose, to iwanttobeunlimited@publicmobile.ca. Make sure we can see you clearly in the picture. From the waist-up would be perfect.
- Include your first and last name, your phone number and the city you live in.
- The photograph you submit will not be used, under any circumstances, without your permission. All submissions will be permanently erased once the final selection is made.
- Persons under 18 will require parental consent to participate in the photo shoot.
- We’ll contact you to let you know if you’ll be included in this upcoming campaign.
- If you are included, we’ll contact you to provide all the details you’ll need to know about what happens next.
Thank you so much for wanting to be a part of this great campaign. We’ll talk to you soon.

This past week in Toronto there was lots of construction of new sites which will become operational over the coming months.

A question came in over the weekend pointing out that we hadn’t updated everyone on the Toronto network. While we’ve been working hard improving the Montreal coverage and letting everyone know what we’ve been doing, the network build in Toronto has continued as well. Since the end of June we’ve added the following sites that improve coverage at the following locations:
- Bloor Street and Bathurst Street
- Lakeshore Boulevard and Spadina Ave.
- Don Mills Road and Lawrence Avenue East
- Victoria Park and Sheppard Avenue East
- Bloor Street East and Parliament Avenue
- Highway 401 and Meadowvale Avenue
We’re continuing to build and expand the network as fast as we can, and appreciate your patience and feedback as we do so.
We’ll have an update for both Montreal and Toronto on Friday, letting you know what’s been happening in the past week.
